On the negative side, China Everbright was hurt by reports of construction delays given stricter environmental standards and concerns over an earnings miss.

Meanwhile, the government’s proposal of larger-than-expected feed-in tariff cuts stirred concerns around profitability for wind and solar power developers. China Longyuan Power Group experienced the biggest decline in a year.
